No stable, bounded, machine-readable public export contract is verified. Breach Gazette does not use brittle browser automation or retain portal state.

Implementation boundary

The verified public list is a stateful JSF interface. No stable bounded machine-readable export was identified. Browser automation and submission endpoints are deliberately unsupported.

The ingestion contract requires a reviewed fixed schema, explicit current-versus-archive handling, partial-result detection, bounded retrieval, and a confirmed publication-rights decision.
